3 pages of a lengthy question on Dinei Ishus that was sent by the Gaon Rabbi Mordechai Luria of Tiberius to the tzaddik Gaon author of the Lev haIvri, Rabbi Akiva Yosef Schlesinger, handwritten and signed by Him. Tiberius, 1890.
Three complete pages with the clear, fine script of the Gaon Rabbi Mordechai Luria, the author of Sefer Mishneh Lamelech Acharon and Shut Divrei Mordechai and Sefer Knesses Mordechai, sent to the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Akiva Yosef Schlesinger and to the holy Gaon of Hormilov the author of Kochav Yaakov.
The letter was sent in 1890 and was printed with textual variations in Shut Divrei Mordechai, Siman 6.
[2] leaves, written on [3] pages. Fold marks. Wear. Old tape in several places. Small tears. Good condition.
