מלכות שבמלכות! Lengthy letter of condolence with words of support and faith and blessings for Naches from all offspring by the Holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Yaakov of Sadigura (The First) to the son-in-law of his brother Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heschil Or Yehoshua of Mezhibuzh.

About the item:

A rare and important letter, handwritten by a scribe and hand-signed by the holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Yaakov of Sadigura, the second son of the holy Rav of Ruzhin and his successor in Sadigura for 32 years. The letter is a letter of condolence to the son-in-law of his brother the holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heschil of Mezhibuzh, the son-in-law of the holy Rav Rabbi Sholom Yosef of Sadigura, the eldest son of the holy Rav of Ruzhin, and to his pious wife the Rebbetzin, who were sitting Shiva on one of their descendants who passed away young.

Letters by the holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Yaakov of Sadigura are extremely rare all the more so, letters he wrote to his contemporary Tzaddikim and Admorim.

Background of the letter

The letter was sent to the holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heschil the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Meshulam Zusha of Zhinkov and great-grandson of the holy Rav of Opatow and to the Rebbetzin, the granddaughter of the holy Rav of Savoran and to the pious Rebbetzin Mrs. Leah Rachel the daughter of the holy Rav Rabbi Sholom Yosef of  Sadigura, whose family member had passed away young. Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heschil was also the in-law of the holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Yaakov since his son the holy Rav Rabbi Yisroel Sholom Yosef of Mezhibuzh was the son-in-law of the holy Rav מהרא"י מסא"ג.

Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua was then living in Mezhibuzh, succeeding his fathers. His sons the holy Rav Rishi of Mezhibuzh and Rabbi Yitzchak Meir of Kopitshnitz succeeded him.

His holy book Or Yehoshua was published from a manuscript by his grandson and successor the holy Admor of Kopitshnitz at the Siftei Tzaddikim institute.
