The famed pedigreed Shtar Tena’im – of the tzaddik groom Rabbi Sholom Yosef, the son of the holy Rav the Or Yisroel of Sadigura and the pious bride Mrs. Sheindil the daughter of the holy Rav the Imrei Baruch of Vizhintz, who passed away before the wedding.

Shtar Tenai’m – outlines that were stidpulated between

Appearing on the Star Tena’im are the guarantors: of Sadigura, ה"ה הרב החסיד המפורסים כקש"ת מו"ה יצחק מרדכי שליט"א and of Vizhnitz, ה"ה הרב החסיד המפורסים כקש"ת מו"ה ישראל שליט"א אחי הכלה.

It is fascinating to see that regarding the holy Rav the Ahavat Yisroel of Viznitz, it was written, already in his holy father’s lifetime, ‘כקש"ת’ and this in a Shtar that was written in the holy court of Sadigura.

The document is important and historical due to the sudden passing of the holy Tzaddik the Imrei Baruch, two years after the Shtar Tena’im was signed. Indeed, the commitments detailed in the Shtar were undertaken by the holy Rav the Ahavat Yisroel, see an additional item of this auction.

The document was signed by the important witnesses: Yechezkel Dov the son of Rabbi Sholom Shachneh Shapiro and Ephraim the son of the late Rabbi Yisroel Meir.

The holy Rav the Or Yisroel of Sadigura [1852-1907] the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Yaakov (the first) of Sadigura, the son and successor of Ateret Tiferet Yisroel of Ruzhin. The Or Yisroel was the Rav of Ruzhin’s first grandson and was named after him. Eventually, he succeeded him as Rav in Sadigura.
