Manuscript, leaves of a notebook with lists written by students – lessons by the Maharam Benet – Nikolsburg, before 1829
The notebook contains innovations on tractates Ketubot, Chulin, Kiddushin and Gittin. The notebook was written by several students. Written on the second leaf: "אמ"ו הרב הגאון הגדול חריף ובקי מה"ו מרדכי בענעט". Written on the beginning of leaf 2: "זה הפנקס מישך שייך לי לשמי הק’ אברהם בער מגויטיין הלומד לעת עתה פה נ"ש [=ניקלשבורג]". (This notebook belongs to me Avraham Ber of Goitein studying now here in Nikolsburg). Written at the beginning of the last leaf: "… סוגיא דמפני מה תיקנו זמן בגיטין מן אדמ"ו הרב הגאון הגדול מה"ו צבי העלל’ אב"ד… " (possibly, Rabbi Zvi Heller Av Beit Din of Oiven Yashan author of Chidushei Tiv Gittin (Zholkva, 1844)).
Appearing in the notebook several times are stamps of Yisrael Goldberger Av Beit Din of Tota Totis Hungary.
