Letter by Rabbi Hillel Witkind, the manager of the Novhardok Yeshiva of Warsaw, with blessings to supporters of the Torah and a request for a passport for Rabbi Avraham Yoffen, the Rosh Yeshiva of Bialystok. Warsaw, [1928].
"כל הברכות האמורות בתורה"ק למחזיקי תורה, יחולו על ראשם, להצליח מעשה ידם, להרמת קרן התורה והיהדות החרדית העולמית"; letter handwritten and signed by the Gaon Rabbi Hillel Witkind to the secretary of the Worldwide Agudas Yisroel in London, Rabbi Aharon Goodman. Warsaw, [1928].
[2] pp. 19 cm. Following this letter, Rabbi Hillel Witkind and Rabbi Avraham Yoffen received passports, immigrated to Eretz Yisroel and established the Beit Yosef-Novhardok Yeshiva.
