Handwritten volume, over 300 large folios, Chiddushim and discussions on issues in Shas and Torah sections, handwritten by one of the disciples of the "Baruch Ta’am", with Chiddushim which he heard from his Rabbi and from Rabbi Akive Eiger and other Torah luminaries – post 1866, not printed

The volume before us quotes many times from the chiddushim of Rabbi Baruch Frenkel-Theumim, Av Beis Din of Leipnik, the distinct teacher of the writer (who, from his own content, appears to be an extreme genius). Here are a few of the mentions: "I’ve said, with Hashem’s help, as per what I had heard from my master and teacher the Gaon AB"D of Lepnik obm"; "and also my master and teacher the Gaon of Leipnik obm said"; "thus I have heard from the mouth of my maser and teacher the Gaaon obm"; "see also in Tzla"ch and in ‘Ateres Chachomim’ from my master and teacher the Gaon obm" (the sefer "Ateres Chachomim" was first published in 1866).

The writer also notes a Chiddush that he himself heard from Rabbi Akiva Eiger: "For I heard from the Gaon our master Rabbi Akiva Eiger obm". He also brings Chiddushim that he heard "in the name of the Gaon Rabbi Wolf Boskowitz", and he also writes "according to what I heard from the Gaon Mahara"m Mintz", and also "and I heard in the name of the Gaon Rabbi Yehonatan obm", as well as writing an answer "to the question raised on the Rambam by the Gaon Rabbi Chaim Yona obm’, and more.
