Copy of the last will and testament of Rabbi Elazar Moshe Margolis of Safed – with signatures of the rabbis of Safed, Rabbi Avraham Leib Zilberman and the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Luria, with an addition of lines handwritten by him – Safed, 1936-1938. 

The copy of the will is also signed by the witnesses Rabbi Shmelki Blategil of Kollel Kosov and Rabbi Yosef Zvi Geiger of Kollel Atinia. 

The copy and the witnesses’ signatures are confirmed by the rabbis of Safed, Rabbi Avraham Leib Zilberman and the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Luria.

Five lines handwritten by the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Luria were added to this copy, with his signatures and stamp. 

Rabbi Avraham Leib ben Rabbi Yitzchak Dov Zilberman (1889-1947) Av Beis Din of Safed. Was orphaned as a child and was educated by his grandfather, Rabbi Raphael. After his marriage, lived in the Chatzer of the Admor of Shtefansht. Since 1909 served as Dayan in Safed.

The Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Luria (1870-1946) the son of the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Aharon Yosef (the first) of Safed. Used to visit the gravesites of the Tzaddikim of Safed to pray for the many Kvitlach he received from his admirers in Eretz Yisroel and abroad. Wrote many Chidushei Torah and halachic respons. Some of them were published in the books Ani Ledodi and LeOri Shmuel.
