Sefer Shomer Emunim – Jerusalem, 1942 – first edition – with corrections of printing errors handwritten by the author Rabbi Aharon Roth

The author’s son, Rabbi Avraham Chaim Roth of Shomrei Emunim, recalls that the book was written "at the height of World War II… when darkness and despair covered the country … my father then wrote and published this book in less than three months … rekindling the spark of Emunah and Bitachon…".

In a copy of the book that was owned by the Kabbalah and Chassidut scholar, Gershom Scholem, he wrote that the book was extremely rare due to a family dispute that prevented it from being reprinted. He states that he found his copy after much searching in 1858.
