Letter handwritten by Rabbi Yechizkiyah Fisch of Mateszalka – blessings of שתבשרנו בשורות טובות והשי"ת יזמין פרנסתך בקרוב ובניקל" – Mateszalka, 1930s.
A postcard, densely handwritten on both sides by the Rav of Mateszalka. Its first half deals with raising livestock; the second half deals with the purchase and borrowing of varied books. The letter contains several blessings for livelihood and Naches from the offspring.
Among others, the Rav shortly describes his Hanhagato Bakodesh: "… רק בעת התפלה אני מתבודד, וקודם התפלה. אכן יתר היום אני מעורב בין הבריות, כי אין הדינים נמתקים אלא בשרשן, כי המקור מבלבול המח נתהווה לי משם".
