The pages are part of his work ‘Ir David’, which was not published, like most of his Torah Chidushim and writings. The work was written in the format of “verses” (“Batim”), where each topic is called a “house”.

This is p.103 with the topics titled ‘Beit Midot’, ‘Beit Achazya’, ‘Beit Elisha’, ‘Beit Yerovam’ and more.

4 complete topics and several additional lines of a fourth and fifth.

Rabbi David Oppenheim [1737-1836] one of the greatest Geonim of Ashkenaz. Was born in Worms. Received his Hora’ah Semicha when he was about 20, and when he was 25 was appointed the Rav of Nikolsburg. After twenty years there, he became the Rav of Prague. Leading rabbis asked for his approbation for their Seforim, and he willingly obliged many times. Authored approx. twenty Seforim on Halacha and Aggadah including Responsa ‘Nishal David’; however, most of the Seforim were never printed.
